Built in 1919 with stonework by Carl Howelsen, this building’s original façade was hidden behind a mansard covering for several decades after the 1960s. In 2000, the building’s original exterior was restored to reveal the original 1919 facade on Lincoln Avenue and the 1940s changes on Eighth Street.
