The Collective is a leadership cohort comprised of up to 7 creative entrepreneurs, arts activists, cultural champions, and curious creators that bond over a 9-month period of incubation and 3-month period of engagement.
The program builds a foundation that enables creatives in all disciplines to thrive in the creative ecosystem of the Yampa Valley. YBC explores artistic mediums during drop-in creative sessions, goes on field trips at local studios, learns business tactics from industry professionals, and develops skills to become passionate leaders through community service.
The Young Bloods Collective (YBC) has evolved into a leadership program that prepares creatives to earn, learn, and lead change in their community. We strive to make arts and cultural activities more accessible by providing support, unique opportunities, and community for local creatives.
Key Activities:
- Caboose activation
- Establish advocacy committee
- Quarterly meetings focused on participant interests
