Perspectives
Art teachers at Steamboat Middle School, Sleeping Giant, Strawberry Park and Soda Creek Elementary juried an exhibition of 4th-8th grade student work titled, Perspectives. Pine Moon is always looking for unique ways to support the community, and we are thrilled to be asked to be one of the venues to showcase the selected students’ work. Drawing inspiration form the students’ theme of ‘Perspectives’, artists at Pine Moon created their own pieces to feature.
Perspective in art usually refers to the representation of three dimensional objects or spaces in two dimensional artwork. However, it can also be interpreted as a point of view- the opinion or position from which an individual or group of people see. There is a harmonious mix of both approaches in Perspectives, and we are excited to share the space with a few talented young artists.
